Alert and Modification is an easy-to-use tool that alerts credentialing users of approaching deadlines while processing an application (i.e. upcoming verification time limits). One of the many benefits of this feature is that credentialing users do not need to run a specific report in order to identify which verification time limits are nearing or which dynamic elements are due to expire.

Alert allows credentialing users to set up alerts, alert start dates, user notifications, and associates alerts to notify healthcare professionals using push notifications such as email, fax, and SMS messaging. Combined with My Workflow, Alert also triggers notice requests for dynamic elements due to expire and continues to generate requests until updates are made.
