• Phone Scanner offers a convenient way to capture a hospital ID or picture ID. Using a mobile device, applicants can easily take a picture of their hospital ID or picture ID. Once captured, the image is then automatically uploaded to CredLink and systematically indexed and filed.
• Document Capture allows applicants to upload all required paper documents (i.e. licenses, board certifications, etc.), from anywhere. Using a mobile device, applicants can take a photo of the document, directly from where it resides. The document image is then systematically uploaded, indexed, and routed to CredLink for either archival or workflow processing using My Workflow.
• Verbal Verification Capture performs verbal verifications. For example, gaps exceeding six months in work history can be directly verified with the applicant. Verbal Verification’s built-in dialer is the easiest way to conduct a verbal verification via phone; the call is recorded in real-time and can be stored and accessed later, on a reliable and secure platform.
