eApp is CredLink’s online application portal that validates the completion of an application prior to its submission. This feature automatically validates data using information provided by the applicant on the application. Automated data validation helps to identify missing and or expired information or documentation, thus reducing the time medical services professionals spend retrieving appropriate information on the applicant’s behalf.

eApp displays the percentage of completion of an application and allows applicants to view what is still required. eApp also displays the entire life cycle of the credentialing process with a progression bar indicating where in the credentialing process an application lies (i.e. primary source verifications process vs medical director review).
