Fax Engine and Fax Queue provides complete fax support for the substantial amount of fax communications. Incoming faxes are received in CredLink and are saved in a directory that can be received manually by an indexer for indexing. Faxes can also be received automatically if used in combination with My Workflow, in which case, faxes will be routed to a fax queue workflow for subsequent indexing or processing.
