Print Capture allows users to print verification queries by automating the process of gathering and capturing verification queries from disparate primary source verification systems, circumventing the need for users to print, manually scan, and index documents to CredLink.

A credentialing/re-credentialing file contains many pieces of disparate data, such as license verification, CDS, DEA, NPDB, etc. Collecting and scanning all these records manually from different systems is very time consuming and labor intensive. Print Capture allows healthcare entities to cut costs associated with data entry keystrokes, increase data accuracy, and reduce credentialing processing time.

Using specific process rules and Optical Character Recognition (OCR), which reads strips of information, Print Capture can locate, extract, and validate desired information. CredLink Print Capture is easy to download, requires simple installation, and is currently available for Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. CredLink Print Capture for Mac OS X is currently under development.
